- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was told by the cashier on leaving that she was putting a website portal access paper in my new patient bag that had MY unique code for access. The next day I went through the bag and it was NOT in there. Called the office and got sent to multiple voicemail boxes and no live people who could help. I just kept hitting 0 to go back to the operator and finally someone who answered the 0 helped me by printing out another code. I asked her if she could see if someone had accessed my information since my sheet did not come home with me. She said they had no way of checking that. I said "so you're saying you have NO security when it comes to that?!". She said "we have no way of knowing". WOW. Yeah, so now I have no idea who has access to all of my information!! I don't even know what information is on there since I can't access it since they wouldn't email me the sheet because "email is not encrypted" so she's putting it in the snail mail to me.
