  I went here looking for an insurance agent and left knowing that this place is really only for the worst of the worst drivers. It's like the DMV; chairs lined up and you literally wait for someone to yell out "next". I wouldn't use the people unless I really found myself in dire straights and almost homeless. Seriously, I looked around at the other patrons of this business and it was clear that they all have had a tough life. Sad faces and slow paces. My search will continue I suppose; good luck in your own.

  Had an exceptional service, ladies are very helpful,they explained things I didn't understand from my coverage. They also searched for a coverage that would work with my needs and great customer service.I highly recommend!!

  Safeway insurance through Arcadian was an absolute customer service nightmare. We were loyal Arcadian customers for over a decade until we had to file a claim from the other insured's negligence. The at fault driver and I had Safeway through Arcadian and we had anticipated a much smoother claim's process. This was the most unresponsive company. They offered very little assistance with understanding the claims process or offering the repeated request for a rental while they reviewed the claim. I had to struggle with every step of our dealings Safeway. Stay Away!!!!
